Users & roles
Everyone signs in through Cisco SSO and belongs to exactly one organization and one role. Role decides what they can do: sellers create meetings and submit answers but never read responses back; admins author questions and read submitted responses. Change a role to change capabilities.

One role per user. Sellers write only — they create meetings and submit answers but
cannot read responses back. Admins author questions and read submitted responses; drafts
stay hidden until a seller submits. Disabling a user blocks sign-in but preserves everything
they have already submitted.
